Lee and Emma – East Sussex National | East Sussex Wedding Photographer

Lee and Emma were a gorgeous couple and decided to tie the knot at The East Sussex National. They choose the full package for their big day, from the getting ready shots to the first dance.  We have provided them with over 400 beautiful photos that have captured all the events of the day. As is usual to our style we have a mixture of documentary style photography and some posed shots, we make these as fun and natural as possible as a lot of people can feel awkward in front of the camera.

The Sussex National have some lovely lakes which provided us with a bit of excitement as we took the golf buggy’s for a ride and got some stunning pictures in front of the lakes. The hotel also has a lovely big hallway that includes some lovely staircases, although these are modern they still make for a lovely back drop.

Lee and Emma wanted the day to be fun and they certainly achieved this especially when Lee gave Emma a beautiful push bike as a surprise wedding present, this of course provided us with a perfect opportunity for a unique photograph!

The Best Man’s speech was really funny and it was great fun to capture the guests reactions. We stayed until half an hour after the first dance, tired but very happy that we had some great photos to start editing.

From Emma on her day

My favourite part of the day was seeing Lee’s reaction as he turned round and saw me walking towards him up the aisle (which made me cry!), knowing that this was the moment we were about to become husband and wife. It was such a perfect day, filled with love and happiness, and was overwhelming to be surrounded by so many family and friends. I also loved the Golf buggy ride down to the lakes, having the photos taken and spending personal time with Lee! We are so pleased with the wonderful photos and can’t thank Debbie and James enough for the fantastic job they did on the day by making us feel so comfortable and our photos so much fun!
