Buxted Park Hotel Wedding | East Sussex Wedding Photographer

Natalie and Rob had a gorgeous luxury Buxted Park Hotel wedding in East Sussex. Even when the rain started, it’s safe to say this lovely couple had such an amazing day!

If it rains, be like these guys and use it to create some awesome wedding pictures using some magical lighting and an umbrella it’s amazing what you can achieve.

They had an elegant, classical day which was carefully planned and tastefully decorated giving it a luxury feel.

Built in 1722 by Sir Thomas Medley, Buxted Park’s history is as colourful as it is long. Over the years, this luxury East Sussex hotel has played host to movers and shakers including William Wordsworth, Winston Churchill and Marlon Brando, it really is a East Sussex Wedding photographers playground!

These are just a taster of the couples luxury day , they actually recieved over 800 images!

Natalie had the most beautiful gown and joined by her Bridesmaids in powder blue and they boys in grey and matching blue ties, it was pretty as a picture! The couple had the ceremony in the pretty Orangery, joined by friends and family who were eager to celebrate this couples big day. Natalie looked immaculate her hair and make-up was flawlessly done by Lauren Louise. As she walked down the aisle on the arm of her proud Dad, Robert was beaming, and who can blame him!

The whole day the rain was threatening but luckily we managed to get the group photos and some romantic photo’s done before it came. Using the natural, beautiful backdrop of Buxted Park Hotel itself, the wonderful pillars, the reflection in the lake and the twinkly corridor, shooting a wedding here is a  real luxury!

After capturing the speeches and before the first dance we took the couple off for a few special lighting shots, as it was raining we used this to our advantage and creating some dramatic images. So don’t panic if it rains on your big day, sometimes it’s a blessing in disguise!
